After the itinerary is confirmed, a 50% payment of the total amount is required via credit card to secure the booking (non-refundable). All itineraries include private round-trip transportation from Cuiabá in appropriate vehicles (4x4 pickup trucks for 1 to 3 people, or Sprinter vans for 4 to 8 people), accommodation in private double or triple rooms with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), all activities described in the itinerary (land and river safaris, hiking trails), and a bilingual wildlife guide (Portuguese/English) accompanying the group throughout the entire trip.

The best time to observe jaguars and wildlife in general is during the dry season (May to September), when life concentrates around the lagoons. The Porto Jofre region, especially the Encontro das Águas State Park, is internationally recognized as the best place to spot jaguars in their natural habitat, with frequent daytime sightings.
